Despite all the efforts of FAM Flower Farm to serve you as well as possible, it may happen that you are not satisfied with something.

Your complaint will be processed and you will receive a substantive response within 14 days of receipt.



If you have a complaint about the flowering of your bulbs or tubers, we would like to receive photos by email:
You will find the guidelines below:
1 - a photo of the bulbs or tubers
2 - a photo of the place where you planted them
3 - a photo of the plant and any flowers
As soon as we have received all the photos from you, we will be able to deal with the complaint as soon as possible.
